Order cancellations

You can ask us to cancel a plan or credit purchase before UPI payment is confirmed. After payment is verified (or after credits are deducted on a credits-only order), the plan or token is issued immediately because these are digital services.

Plans and subscriptions

Pro, Custom, and Ultra plans are digital usage packs. There is no physical product to return. If a plan was charged but not activated, email us with your Order ID and UPI reference and we will activate it or refund the amount paid.

If you are not able to use a subscription or plan you paid for, email us at info@greedy-spot.com with your Order ID. We will help you access the service or refund the unused amount you actually paid, to the original UPI account.

Usage credit tokens

Your credit token is valid for 90 days from the day you buy it. After that it cannot be redeemed.

If you are not able to use your credits — for example the token will not redeem at checkout, the balance does not apply, or a subscription paid with credits cannot be used — email us at info@greedy-spot.com with your token code and Order ID. We will restore access or refund the unused amount you actually paid.

Credits cannot be exchanged for cash over the counter. To ask for a refund of credits you have not used, email us with your token code. We refund only the unused amount you actually paid, to the original UPI account.

Promotional bonus credit is not refundable. A refund covers only unused paid credits. Credits can be used only on this website.

Orders paid with credits

If an order (or part of it) was paid with credits, the credit part of a refund is returned to your token and any UPI part is refunded to your UPI account. If a payment fails or expires, credits reserved for that order go back to your token automatically.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but your plan or credit token was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, email us with your Order ID and UPI reference. Verified amounts are refunded to the original UPI account, normally within 5–7 working days.
