When you place an order or buy usage credits we collect your name, mobile number and email address, along with the plan or credit pack you bought and the payment reference.

We use this information only to process your order, issue and track your usage credits, send receipts, and contact you about your order or a refund. We do not sell your information.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our UPI payment partner. We do not see or store your UPI PIN, card or bank account details. Credit token codes are stored only in a protected form on our server.
Your choices
You can email us to correct your details, or to delete them once they are no longer needed for orders, refunds or legal records.
